Hold one of those fancy Colorado licenses: PsyD or PhD.
Know your way around evidence-based therapies like a mental health ninja. Bonus squared if you have a specialty (ie work with children, eating disorders, etc)
Love using assessment tools like a pro.

What You’ll Actually Do (Besides Being Awesome)

Deliver top-notch care to service members, their families, and the community (M-F), 6-7 clients per day.
Hold therapy sessions in-person (3 days per week) and over telehealth. (Your pajamas can be work attire sometimes.)
Use evidence-based interventions to help clients heal, grow, and glow.
Document your progress notes like the organized genius you are (but don’t worry, we make it as painless as possible).
Join weekly consultations, professional development sessions, and maybe even our “coffee and therapy memes”
