Peace of Mind Counseling & Consulting is a group practice setting where you can work independently with the benefits of a clinical setting. You can build your own hybrid schedule with in-office expectation at least 2 days per week.
POMCC will handle receptionist duties, billing, advertising and overhead costs to ease your workload and keep up your client roster. Compensation is fee for service, based on experience and case load size, with room to grow as you progress through your career. Future opportunity to become a clinical supervisor.
The ideal candidate has experience with adult populations with a wide range of MH issues. Is enthusiastic and easily creates rapport with new clients. Can work independently and collaborate with team members to support cohesion.
Benefits package includes employer contribution towards medical insurance monthly premium, 401k benefit, CEU support and offer access to several benefits offered based on reaching full-time status of maintaining 20+ sessions per week.
Compensation depends on licensure, years of experience and average number of client seen per week, incentivizing you to grow your client roster.
Starting Pay Per Session: $65 - $80

Responsibilities:
- Screen and provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions - Able to work independently with low to moderate guidance
- Develop and implement treatment plans and clinical talk therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with other providers treating clients to coordinate care
- Support scheduling and billing procedures as needed for your own case load
Qualifications:
- Experience in depression, anxiety and PTSD
- Ideally able to provide at least CBT and Motivational Interviewing
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Proficient in medical documentation and use of ICD-11 coding system
- Strong research skills to stay updated on current mental health practices
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
