We’re looking for a BCBA in Denver to join a clinician-led team expanding their Center Launch program. Initially an In-home position you’ll guide Program Managers and Interventionists, oversee meaningful client cases, and help launch a new clinic in 2026 all while supported by a culture that genuinely invests in your development.

What you’ll do

  • Provide high-quality clinical oversight to ensure consistent, impactful client progress
  • Conduct FBAs, developmental assessments, and treatment planning to support families directly
  • Mentor and train Program Managers and Interventionists, building a strong, capable team
  • Support professional development through feedback, coaching, and structured supervision
  • Balance leadership with hands-on clinical work, keeping you close to what matters most

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills with a passion for mentoring others
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
