We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become a valued part of our team. If you’re bilingual in Spanish and English, passionate about mental health, and eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals, children, and families, we’d love to meet you. We’re especially interested in clinicians who create a welcoming, affirming space for healing and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using a variety of clinical approaches.
• Facilitate group sessions when appropriate, creating space for connection and shared healing.
• Support clients in crisis with care and confidence.
• Keep thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with our warm, supportive team to ensure thoughtful care and continuity.
• Offer tailored support for clients with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Stay inspired and up to date through ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with a current LPC or LMFT license.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• We’re especially seeking someone who is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, or other strengths-based approaches—someone who believes that clients are the authors of their own stories and who can hold space for healing, growth, and resilience. But we are always open to other approaches as well :).
• Skilled in behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation.
• Familiar with ICD and CPT coding, or willing to learn.
• Experience in home or community-based care is a plus.
• A collaborative spirit and a deep respect for client confidentiality.
• Most importantly, a heart for compassionate, client-centered care.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
