- Oversee and train the student work-studies.
- Manage the daily functions of the front office including: answer phones, maintain the Counseling Center calendar, session scheduling, updating client records, and interact with guests.
- Provides general secretarial services to the Director of the Counseling Center and for the counselors
- Manage Counseling Center filing of resources and other documents
- Manage student intake process and case files
- Inform necessary parties of seminars and other important events in compliance with regulations and for proper advertisement to students, staff, and faculty
- Assist the Director in tasks related to any courses taught
- Maintain Counseling Center library
- Score, manage, and organize Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis testing
- Record and report chapel attendance for sessions during chapel and seminars
- Assist in seminar preparation
- Maintain a confidential positive atmosphere
- Other duties as determined by the Director

- Proficient skills with organization, customer service, and communication to best serve students, staff, and the general public
- Ability to maintain confidentiality by complying with FERPA and HIPPA requirements and standards
