Full job description

The Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Providing behavior-analytic services and supporting the behavior programming needs for all students in the district.Designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs as well as training others on programs.Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference assessments and functional assessments as well as for evaluating behavioral interventions.Conducting observation, data collection, graphing and analysis.Writing behavior plans, progress notes, IEP goals and objectives when appropriate.Overseeing the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ABA paraeducators and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic services. Responsible for collaborating and consulting with the other district BCBA, related service providers, educators, school/grade-level teams, district teams and administrators.Responsible for collaborating with families, having ongoing family contact, clinic meetings and promoting family involvement.
