BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
Hybrid Work Model:
- Direct Supervision: 50% In Person / 50% Remote
- Indirect Work: 100% Remote
Location: Santa Clarita, CA and Surrounding Areas
(Canyon Country, Castaic, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Panorama City, Van Nuys, North Hills, Arleta, Pacoima, North Hollywood, Sun Valley, San Fernando, Sylmar, Northridge, Sunland)
Each BCBA will manage clients within their service area based on their home zip code. You will not be required to cover all listed locations. Caseloads are assigned within a certain radius of your home.
Salary: $88,000 – $110,000 annually plus monthly bonuses

Your Role as a BCBA
- Design and oversee ABA interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and guide Behavior Consultants to ensure quality services
- Monitor data, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification (current and valid)
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Clinical experience preferred (new BCBAs encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
