Position Title: Social Worker

Location: Duluth, GA 30096

Start Date: 09/15/2025

Pay Rate: Travelers $23/hour on W2 and $1300/40 hours (Per Diem)= Gross weekly $2220

Contract Duration: 8 weeks

Schedule: 5x8 Evenings – Mon-Fri; 3:30pm–12:00am Also have 5x8 Nights 11:30p-7am

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

TRAVEL POSITION – No local candidates within 50 miles of Duluth, GA

Job Summary

· Provide hospital-based behavioral health services as part of the Dul-BHS team.

· Deliver psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and coordination of care for patients in an acute care setting.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care.

· Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

· Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (GA LCSW) – Required

· Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required

· Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health specialty

· Acute Care Hospital experience – Required

· Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
