About Job

Excellent Salary and Benefits! Territory is Calhoun County mostly but need to go occasionally outside the county.

We are seeking a Social Worker for a growing organization! You will be responsible for treating mentally ill where they reside.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit mentally ill in a home care setting
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications:

  • Previous clinical experience - preferably behavioral health or psych.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients

Educational

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a human services-related field, required.
  • One year specialized training or experience in treating or working with a person who lives with a Mental Health Diagnosis (QMHP), required for those applicants who have a bachelor’s degree in a human services related field.
  • Licensure in the State of Michigan, preferred, LLBSW/LBSW. Other behavioral health licenses are also accepted (LLPC/LPC, TLLP/LLP, LLMSW/LMSW).
