About the Role

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with clients in home and school settings, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Your role is to implement ABA strategies, encourage skill development, and track progress through accurate session documentation.

Current Case Openings – Middlesex County, NJ

  • 9 y/o – Perth Amboy (08861)
    Mon–Fri, 5:30–7:30 PM
    Weekends: flexible 4-hour sessions between 9:30 AM–4:30 PM

  • 22 y/o – South Plainfield (07080)
    Thursdays, 4:00–7:00 PM

  • 14 y/o – Middlesex (08846)
    Mon–Fri, 3:30/4:00–6:30/7:00 PM
    Weekends, 12:00–3:00 PM

  • 6 y/o – Edison (08817)
    Mon, Wed & Fri, 4:00–7:00 PM

  • 5 y/o – Edison (08817)
    Mon–Fri, 4:30–7:00/7:30 PM
    Sat, 2:00–6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

  • Studies in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fields

  • RBT certification is a plus (not required)

  • Experience with children or young adults with autism preferred

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

  • Strong communication and data documentation skills
