About Job

We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and caring Board-Certified Music Therapist to join our growing team in beautiful Orlando, Fl!

Pay: $25-$30.00 /hour. After your 180-day evaluation you will be eligible for up to a 3% increase in pay, earn PTO and be eligible for health insurance stipend. After 1 year you can participate in our 401K program and receive education reimbursement and be eliable for salaried position. This is NOT a contract position.

Responsibilities:
· Planning and implementing individual and group music therapy sessions
· Conducting assessments and creating plans of care
· Documenting individual and group MT sessions and providing other periodic reports as requested by Director
· Maintaining communication with team members, administration, clients and family members
· Attending weekly and monthly team meetings
· A high level of respect and professionalism to staff, clients, and other business relationships
· Advocating for music therapy services and utilizing non-musical skills to assist the practice.

Requirements:
BA, BS, or MA in Music Therapy with completed internship
Proficiency in piano, guitar, and voice
Highly adept interpersonal skills
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Experience with developmental disabilities and geriatrics
Spanish bi-lingual preferred

Salary: $25 to $35 hour according to experience
