What You’ll Do:

• Lead group counseling sessions, educational discussions, and individual support.
• Track, document, and report client progress with precision and care.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between clients, staff, and community partners.
• Mentor and supervise Counselor Interns (if applicable).
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and compliance with Texas HHSC standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed professional (LCDC) who’s passionate about guiding people through recovery.
• Strong communicator with both verbal and written skills.
• Flexible, compassionate, and professional—able to adapt to client needs.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools.
• Physically able to engage in daily activities and crisis response when needed.

Must-Haves:

• Current LCDC license
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
