Join our dedicated team at the MHOTRS Clinic as an Intake Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in welcoming new clients, coordinating initial assessments, and ensuring a smooth entry into our services. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for new clients and referral sources.
Conduct initial intake screenings to determine service eligibility.
Schedule appointments for assessments and follow-up services.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the electronic health system.
Coordinate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide information about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
Assist with Front Desk coverage and billing operations when needed.
Assist with insurance verification and documentation collection.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
