About Adams Clinical: Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Psychologist or Mental Health Professional for a full-time role at our Dallas (75115) location.

This role is best suited for doctorate-level clinical professionals such as PhDs in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, PsyDs (Minimum requirement of a doctorate degree in a psychology-related field - licensure is not required) or master’s-level licensed clinicians such as LCSWs, LMSWs, LMHCs (Minimum requirement of a master’s degree – licensure is required).

Job Responsibilities:

· Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological interviews, assessments, and rating scales for clinical trial participants in investigational medication studies, primarily focusing on major depressive disorder and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as other conditions such as generalized anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.

· Prescreening, Screening, & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical assessments to determine eligibility for psychiatry trials. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to monitor and support participant enrollment across multiple studies.

· Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including MDs, PhDs, LCSWs, and Clinical Research Coordinators to develop and execute screening and enrollment strategies. Help monitor progress and adjust focus to optimize participant recruitment.

Job Requirements:

· Doctorate-level clinical professionals such as PhDs in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, PsyDs (Minimum requirement of a doctorate degree in a psychology-related field - licensure is not required)

· Master’s level licensed clinical professionals such as LCSWs, LMSWs, LMHCs (Minimum requirement of a master’s degree and licensure to practice in a psychology-related role: e.g., psychology, social work, counseling is required)

· Availability to work weekdays, 9-5, in-person at our Philadelphia office. Occasional evening hours may be required.

· Strong interest in clinical research and neuropsychological assessment.

· Prior experience in clinical trials or neuropsychological assessment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic planning.
