Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage in supervision and professional development

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license (not LICSW)
• Experience in mental health counseling preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (remote & in-person)

Skills

• Proficient in data collection methods relevant to patient assessment and treatment evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices within a clinical setting.
• Experience working with medical records management systems.
• Expertise in conducting comprehensive patient assessments in a hospital environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
• Skilled in providing psychotherapy, including individual therapy, group therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Ability to utilize ICD-9 coding for proper documentation of diagnoses.
