Now Hiring: Morning ABA Technician

Location: North Caldwell, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (direct work ends ~8:25, additional paid time for note writing until 9:00)

Position Type: Part-Time, Consistent Weekly Schedule

$$Pay: $30–35/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate ABA Technician to provide morning support for an 11-year old boy. This is a structured, supported role working under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Morning Routine-

**Task Analysis Support:

-Getting dressed

-Brushing teeth

-Eating breakfast (data collection on utensil use)

-Swallowing pills

-Packing backpack

**Reinforcement Time: Play outside or engage in a preferred activity while waiting for the bus.

**Behavioral Strategies: Use a token board system and strategies taught by the supervising BCBA.
