Summary/Objective

Fast growing Phoenix Division of Impact Sign and Graphics is looking for an eager, responsible "People Person" who wants a career opportunity in learning our offsite and weekend service sign business and managing our team.

This position is responsible for coordinating the weekend activities of our weekend sign holders and weekend sign placement employees. The ability to create strategic maps, schedule routes, running routes, and hiring and onboarding new employees.

The successful candidate will be a team player, fast learner, self-motivated and a proactive self-starter. This is an hourly position with benefits, must be willing to work flexible hours during the week and ALL weekends. This is a Player-Coach position, handling some of the work and coaching our team that handles the balance of the work.

• Must be able to work weekends, Thursday – Monday schedule.
• Must have at least 3-years of clean driving history and valid driver’s license.
• Must have an operational mobile phone.
• Present a clean and professional appearance.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to organize and schedule other employees.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Willingness to work independently - especially on the weekends

Reports to
Division Manager and a weekend report will be due each Monday

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment and also out in the field at our client's projects.

Physical Demands

Job will require driving a company truck to our clients projects, placing signs as needed, lifting sign materials in and out of the truck as needed. Ability to lift 40+ pounds. Ability to get in and out of truck bed to place signs. Ability to use light tools - staple gun, hammer, mallet, electric screw gun etc.

Travel

This position requires vehicle travel in the local area of Phoenix.

Required Education and Experience

• High school degree or equivalent.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
