Your Role Includes:

• Creating and Implementing Personalized Treatment Plans
• Observing and Documenting Behavior
• Training and Supporting Parents and Caregivers.
• Committing to part-time, on-site support in East Hanover, NJ.

What We’re Looking For:

• ABA Therapist Certification (Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist) required for the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA, preferably within educational settings.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for equity, inclusion, and supporting students with diverse needs.
