Your Role Includes:

• Performing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify learning and behavior needs.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each student.
• Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals.
• Collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to align interventions.
• Analyzing data to evaluate progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensuring practice aligns with BACB ethical and professional guidelines.
• Committing to part-time, on-site support in East Hanover, NJ.

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required for the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA, preferably within educational settings.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for equity, inclusion, and supporting students with diverse needs.
