Home Care Outreach Coordinator – Right at Home Wilmington, NC

Full-Time | Base Salary $55,000 + Quarterly Commission

Office: Right at Home Wilmington

Location: Wilmington, NC (Field-Based Role)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends for events)

What You’ll Do:


As a Home Care Business Development Liaison, you’ll be the face of Right at Home in the community, building relationships, generating new business, and ensuring client satisfaction, where you can:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new referral sources in healthcare, senior living, and community organizations.

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy that drives measurable increases in client inquiries and intakes.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners to maximize repeat referrals.

  • Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and professional associations.

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and other referral sources.

  • Schedule regular in-person visits to maintain visibility and credibility with partners.

  • Track and analyze referral patterns to identify growth opportunities.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral partners on our services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years sales experience (required), preferably in relationship-based selling

  • Outgoing, engaging communicator with strong active listening skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful

  • Ability to connect with both corporate referral sources and healthcare referral partners

  • Licensed driver with reliable, insured transportation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with CRM systems

  • Comfortable with office equipment and duties such as phones, copy, and fax machines. Apply today!
