Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in providing personalized behavioral therapy for children.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reassessments and help develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate with families and other therapists to ensure holistic support for each child.
- Analyze data, monitor progress, program modification, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of behavioral analysis.
- Supervise 6-8 Registered Behavior Technicians
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Valid North Carolina State License
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy preferred.
- CPR Certification
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in ABA software for data collection and reporting.
Compensation
- $85-$100 per hour for Clinical work
- $50 per hour for Administrative work
