Board Certified Behavior Analyst -$67 an hour!!

Hours: 8 am - 4 pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the community and assist them in accessing resources.

Skills

• Strong expertise in behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment planning.
