A SCHOOL DISTRICT IS SEEKING 2 BCBA's to work full time hours!!! Must be open to working for more than one school in ONE school district.
Hours: 8 am - 4 pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community and assist them in accessing resources.
Skills
- Strong expertise in behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed medical records.
