We are Futures ABA, an ABA therapy agency dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, and effective care for children with autism. We serve children up to age 14 in Georgia and Virginia with home based, family-focused therapy. At Futures ABA, BCBAs have the autonomy to choose their caseloads, control their schedules, and receive full support from our team. Our mission is to ensure that families get timely access to ABA therapy and that our therapists thrive, leading to better outcomes for the children we serve.

Role Description:

We are looking for full time and part time BCBAs located in Macon, Dublin, Warner Robins, Jonesboro and Atlanta, Georgia. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing and training RBTs. They will also provide parent education, track and analyze data, and collaborate with other professionals to support the child's therapy goals. The role requires a commitment to compassionate and effective care, ensuring that each child receives the best possible support.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis

• Skills in Parent Education

• Expertise in Behavior Management

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
