What You'll Do

• Make a Direct Impact: Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for children in home and clinic settings.
• Lead with Empathy: Conduct comprehensive assessments and write detailed treatment plans and reports.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with a team of fellow BCBAs and RBTs, sharing insights, providing feedback, and celebrating successes together.
• Empower Families: Provide expert parent training to equip families with the tools and strategies they need to support their child's progress.
• Analyze and Adapt: Use data to monitor progress and modify intervention plans to ensure continuous growth toward client goals.

What We're Looking For

• A current BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in program design, parent training, and behavior management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
• A positive attitude and unwavering dedication to clinical integrity and ethical practice.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to provide and receive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
