Your Role:

• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients
• Educate the community on PHHC's services and benefits
• Represent PHHC at events, outreach programs, and meetings
• Serve as the point of contact for referrals and ensure smooth onboarding of new patients

What You Bring:

• Experience in healthcare, marketing, or community outreach. Preference will be given to those with pediatric experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships
• A passion for helping others find the care and support they need
