Our mission is to provide a comprehensive continuum of care through recovery-oriented services, including inpatient and outpatient treatment, MAT support, and various pathways to recovery.

TTI is thrilled to be opening a new outpatient program in Slatington, PA! We invite you to become a part of exciting initiative to bring quality services to this under served area. Selected candidate will begin work in our Allentown facility for training, before transitioning to Slatington upon opening.

Summary

As a Lead Counselor at Treatment Trends, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals on their journey to recovery. Located in a supportive environment, this position is crucial for implementing effective therapeutic interventions and fostering a culture of healing and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapeutic services in accordance with ASAM guidelines, and the policies and procedures of TTI.
  • Maintain a caseload, up to the maximum ratio permitted by DDAP
  • Prepare materials for and host individual and group sessions
  • Complete documentation timely and accurately
  • Coordinate with funding sources for authorization, as needed
  • Perform assessments and case management services, as needed
  • Lead and supervise counseling staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, in an approved field
  • License or certification as a counselor or therapist is preferred. Candidates who do no currently possess a license or certification must be working toward obtaining credentials.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in addiction treatment or similar setting, as a Counselor
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff while fostering a supportive environment.

Recent staffing regulations for counselors expanded acceptable Bachelor’s degrees beyond ‘related’ human services such as counseling, psychology, social work or criminal justice to include anthropology, communications, nutrition, sociology, education, divinity and pastoral ministries.
