Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our team and provide compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients. As a counselor, you will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
