How You'll Make An Impact

Creates optimal outcomes for patients/families see in the Memory Disorder Clinic. Through advance practice skills, mobilizes internal resources to reduce risks and assists patients/families in accessing external resources.

What You’ll Need To Apply

Required Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience:

Minimum: 1 to 2 years of job-related experience.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Minimum: Current RN license in Florida. Preferred: Certification in Case Management
