Position Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the LMFT will provide mental health services to T.H.E. Clinic Inc. -patients.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

1. LMFT License required

2. Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience working in the mental health field.

3. Ability to work with people of diverse cultural, educational, social, and economic backgrounds.

4. Ability to work independently and a self-starter with minimal supervision

5. Computer proficiency

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills

7. Excellent organizational skills

8. Experience utilizing an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is highly desirable

9. Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
