Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Social Worker to join our growing team. This is a part-time, position, providing an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our clients while maintaining a flexible work schedule. We are looking for someone who has experience with adolescents, young adults and potentially families.

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct in-person therapy sessions for individuals. 2. Collaborate with clients and the organization to develop and implement treatment plans. 3. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. 4. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice. 5. Attend regular supervision meetings. 6. Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
  2. Current associate or intern registration with the relevant state licensing board.
  3. Experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Understanding of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
