About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.
What You'll Do
- Direct all clinical operations at the Durham clinic, prioritizing quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Develop, review, and fine-tune individualized ABA treatment plans grounded in best practices
- Provide hands-on guidance, supervision, and coaching to BCBAs and RBTs
- Analyze session data to evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Cultivate strong partnerships with families to ensure alignment of goals and support
- Maintain full compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, and AutismCOE procedures
- Collaborate on clinic operations and contribute to broader growth and innovation efforts
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Active LBA license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized, ethical care
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
