• Valid CT School Psychologist License

• On-Site

Job Details:

• Full time

• District: Pre-K-8th grade

• Caseload: 2 school buildings

• Responsible for completing assessments, attending IEP/SST meetings, possibly supporting counseling services (although no current students are identified for counseling services from the school psychologist), potential development of FBAs/BIPs

Responsibilities:

• The prospective candidate will collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

• Evaluate students and write psychological evaluation reports to determine eligibility for special education services.

• Evaluations may include FBAs, Classroom Needs Assessments, and other specialized assessments.

• Administration of universal screening tools, including data management and progress monitoring to guide the individual, classroom and school wide program planning.
