Position Overview

We are seeking 8–10 Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to provide services across multiple programs, including:

• Intensive In-Home (IIH)
• Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS)
• Community Stabilization (CS)

Responsibilities

• Deliver IIH, MHSS, and CS services according to individualized service plans.
• Work with families, schools, and community partners to promote stability and growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with DBHDS and DMAS standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision.
• Provide services in-home, community, or via telehealth as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must meet Virginia DBHDS qualifications for QMHP-A or QMHP-C.
• Experience providing direct mental health services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in community-based settings.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petersburg, VA 23803
