As a Scheduler at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in coordinating care services for our clients. Located in the United States, this position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient care from our dedicated caregivers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of caregivers to meet client needs effectively.
• Communicate with clients and families to understand their care requirements and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and client information in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding scheduling.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure they are informed about their assignments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical scheduling or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health information management systems is a plus.
