Your Role as a BCBA:

As a BCBA, you will work closely with our expert team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to encourage growth and progress for the children and families we serve.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide at-home, school, and/or on-site services as needed
  • Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions to ensure positive change
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with families to provide training and support
  • Work closely with schools and other therapies (ST, OT, PT, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports/treatment plans in a timely manner


What We’re Looking For:

  • BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam)
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Team Player Mentality: Ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Valid driver’s license required
