Now, we're searching for our next Community Liaison-a relationship builder, pathfinder, and storyteller ready to chart new connections and open doors for families in need.

Your Mission

In this role, you'll be the guide who introduces providers, community partners, and families to the life-changing work we do. From coffee shop meetings with pediatricians to representing Discovery ABA at community events, you'll be our voice and presence in the Charlotte region.

On your expedition, you will:

• 
  Build lasting relationships with pediatric providers, behavioral health professionals, and referral partners
• Represent Discovery ABA at community gatherings, site visits, and professional meetings
• Share our story in a way that sparks curiosity and trust
• Manage incoming referrals quickly so families get the care they need without delay
• Partner with intake and clinical teams for seamless transitions into services
• Map out new outreach opportunities to expand our reach
• Track your progress so we can see where we've been and where we're headed next

The Tools You'll Need

• 
  2+ years ABA experience as an RBT or in intake, marketing, or operations preferred
• Experience in referral-based business development, provider relations, or healthcare sales
• A background in healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric services is a plus
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel the region (travel costs reimbursed)
• Organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and a knack for connecting with people
