**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and possess a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenging situations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families in need

- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with regulations

- Utilize expertise in areas such as senior care, autism, psychotherapy, child and family counseling, behavioral health, addiction counseling, and individual/group therapy

- Offer guidance on accessing community resources and support services

- Advocate for clients' rights and assist in crisis intervention when necessary

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical documentation and knowledge of ICD-10 coding

- Strong background in social work with experience in various counseling modalities

- Ability to provide effective therapy for diverse populations including seniors, individuals with autism, and those struggling with addiction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to support clients through difficult circumstances
