Location: 5600 Monroe Street- In Person| Part-Time – Virtual Role
Agency: Leveling Up Therapeutics

Hours:

School Hours: M-TH 4pm-6:30pm, Fridays- Open for therapy and check in with families on their progress

Summer Hours: M-TH 11:30am- 2pm, Fridays- Open for therapy and check in with families on their progress

Leveling Up Therapeutics, a certified mental health agency, is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team to support our Teen Girls Group (ages 12–14). This role is in person and will work alongside a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to support participants therapeutically and clinically.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate discussions, provide support, and contribute therapeutic input
  • Conduct assessments for new participants
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
  • Review and revise treatment plans every 90 days for current clients
  • Responsible for clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

  • Active LSW license in the state of Ohio
  • Experience with adolescents preferred
  • Must be comfortable with virtual facilitation and documentation
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
