We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of up to 16 clients, providing individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and professional development.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Monitor progress through data collection and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
Provide parent and caregiver training to encourage skill generalization in home and community settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care.
Open to newly certified BCBAs mentorship and support provided.
