Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Spring, TX. The Mental Health Therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing assessments, and providing case management services. Therapists will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, as well as maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Current, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Current Texas Licensed Professional Counseling Associates (who already have obtained a supervisor)
• Must reside in Texas and be eligible to provide telehealth and in-person services
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills and understanding of ethical and legal compliance
• Must have or be willing to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and register with CAQH
• Employment is contingent upon verification of licensure and completion of a background check
