ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with staff throughout company for clinic-based services in Missouri City, Texas

· Maintain a client case load of 120 billable hours per month documented on an excel spreadsheet and submitted by the 1st of each month sent to ATS company email address: info@asdtherapyservices.com.

· Ensure staff are attending therapy sessions daily and documenting all absences on tracker.

· Review and analyze client progress, programs, and update as needed.

· Schedule and attend via in person or tele-health (per insurance) parent meetings to update families on progress.

· Conduct and complete assessments for initial treatment and re-authorization.

· Write initial and/or update treatment plans and submit 30-days prior to the clinical director for review and submission. Complete the necessary pre-authorization form completely and attach with treatment plan.

· Conduct necessary peer reviews to obtain authorizations and/or to appeal an authorization.

· Supervise student analyst interns to earn board certification virtual and/or in person for in home and/or clinic.

· Other duties as necessary to perfect responsibilities within the position.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

· Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification and in good standing.

· Valid Texas license in good standing.

· Minimum of 1yr of managing and supervising 10 or more staff.

· Obtain and maintain a current CAQH account.

· Obtain and maintain Tri-care certification.

· Maintain a clear background check.

· Obtain and maintain a valid BLS/CPR Certification

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
