Are you looking to be part of a thriving group practice where you can receive valuable experience and supervision? We’re seeking associate therapists who thrive in a flexible, independent setting and are dedicated to supporting others through psychotherapy.

Job Overview:

• Provide outpatient individual, family, couple, and/or group therapy
• Work with various demographics including couples, children, teens, and adults
• Therapists are expected to complete 15-25 patient sessions per week
• This is a Hybrid position.
• Schedule: Day shift; evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have at least 800+ hours toward licensure
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Master’s Degree in counseling or social work
• Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW/ACSW in the State of CA. A copy of registration must be provided to Abundance Therapy Center.
• At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy post-graduation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.

Schedule:

• 3 days in-office at Riverside
• 2 evenings or 1 evening and 1 weekend day

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
