Job Title: Master Social Worker

Pay Rate: $50-$62/hr+ Joining Bonus

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Work Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, mental health counseling, and case management. This role involves overseeing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. The Social Work Supervisor will play a crucial role in patient care by conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and facilitating intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering effective behavioral health services.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Oversee the intake process, ensuring all necessary medical records and documentation are completed accurately.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as psychodynamic therapy and applied behavior analysis.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on various issues, including aging issues counseling and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies and case management plans.
• Provide guidance on home & community care experience for patients transitioning from clinical settings.

Skills:

• Proven experience in social work, mental health counseling, or behavioral health settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and terminology.
• Familiarity with case management principles and techniques.
• Experience in individual/group counseling and clinical counseling methodologies.
• Understanding of behavioral therapy approaches, including psychodynamic therapy.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and support.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years of recent experience required.
• Active BLS required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field with relevant licensure.
