Position: LCSW / LMFT / ACSW / AMFT- MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN

Harvest Safe Haven (HSH) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit 6-bed residential care facility licensed by the Department of Social Services, nationally accredited through CARF International, and Mental Health certified through the Department of Health Care Services. HSH is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the Mental Health Treatment Program.

Summary:

Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients and/or families. Provides clinical assessment and case management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience with Mental Health documentation. Able to complete CANS Assessments, Care Plans, Clinical Assessments, Diagnosis, Progress Notes, and all other required paperwork in a timely manner and within the Medi-Cal standards and develop a treatment plan.
• Able to complete Needs and Services Plan, Quarterly Progress Reports, and Monthly Reports in a timely manner.
• Therapy services to clients and/or their families which might include assistance in restoring daily living skills, social skills, and linking up to needed community services and support resources.
• Case management which might include obtaining client information, identifying needs and problems, linking clients and their families to appropriate resources.
• Opening up Medi-Cal cases for clients that meet medical necessity.
• Completes billing expectations per Agency requirements
• Attend all required agency training.
• Reports to work on time and maintains reliable and regular attendance.
• Monitor and ensure that clinical documentation, appropriate consents, relevant signatures, and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with agency and Medi-Cal standards.

Education/Experience:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school and must be registered as an intern with BBS.

Experience working with adolescent males is highly desired.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
