About the Position
We are looking to hire a part time Campus Support Specialist for all of our campuses with a home base at our Chino Hills location. Hours are M/W/F 9am-2:30pm at $30 per hour, with potential of additional hours.
You must be able to provide transportation to our various campuses as the primary function of this role is to provide coverage when Community Directors are out of office.
Coverage:
When providing coverage, you will be performing the full scale of our Community Director role.
Community Development:
· Manage the front desk and communal areas during business hours, welcoming members that come to the campus.
· Assist existing members, visitors and prospects members as they enter the space.
· Building relationships with members in order to facilitate the sense of community that we are known for.
· Regularly communicating with members through multiple forums, including office drop-ins, emails, online portal and physical postings throughout the Campus.
Sales:
· Respond to inquiries, conducting tours, finalizing membership agreements and on-boarding new members.
Site Management:
· Ensuring that the Campus is fully operational, clean, organized and well stocked
· Maintaining our company image and feel throughout the Campus.
· Understanding & communicating policies and procedures to members.
Support:
When coverage is not needed you will be supporting our Community Directors. A schedule will be established to have you rotate through our campuses. Support will include:
-Helping set and clean up from events
-Moving office furniture (must be able to lift 40lbs)
-Light Campus Repairs
-Stocking
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
· College experience with a degree preferred, but not required
· Direct sales and/or customer service experience
· Experience in real estate, retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required
· People person with high-energy and focus
· Self-motivated with a result driven mindset
· Demonstrates integrity, dependability and self-awareness
· Excellent interpersonal & multitasking skills
· Experience with conflict resolution
· Living close to the Campus is preferred, but not required
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Keynote
· Knowledge of Canva is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
