Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training and experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, committed to clinical excellence, and excited to be part of a supportive and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing EMDR and other evidence-based interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida (in good standing).
• Formal training and experience in EMDR therapy (Certification not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or related concerns.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented practice.
