Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducts intake assessments for patients using provided curriculum
- Creates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategies
- Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with educators, speech, and occupational therapists
- Analyzes client data and makes necessary program modifications
- Models implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTs
- Evaluates staff performance, provides training, and feedback
- Completes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlines
- Conducts patient re-assessments when necessary
- Conducts caregiver training as required
- Provides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct
Minimum Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments
- Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans
- Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred
- Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensatation & Status
We are hiring for both independent contractors and full-time employees. Please indicate your preference during the application process.
Independent Contractor (1099)
- Hourly Rate: $65–$100/hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Flexible caseload and scheduling
- No benefits included
Full-Time Employee (W2)
- Annual Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Full-time caseload and team support
- Full benefits package included
