What You’ll Do:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and design treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Create and update individualized behavior plans.
• Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians, your coaching helps them shine.
• Provide parent/caregiver guidance that empowers families at home.
• Jump in when needed to support on challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Collaborate with our leadership team and attend trainings to keep your skills sharp.

What we’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes in the Oswego, IL area.
• Physical ability to occasionally sit on the floor, kneel, or lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bonus points if you’re CPR certified and familiar with VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R!

Pay & Perks

• Salary: $77,000 - $85,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus! (50% at 90 days, 50% at 6 months!)
