Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, ethical, and compassionate Licensed APRN to join our dynamic and growing health and wellness platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is confident in their ability to provide care independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and therapeutic goals
- Provide medication management and patient education regarding psychiatric conditions and treatment options
- Administer medications as appropriate and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
- Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients
- Accurately document clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, high-quality patient care
- Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Licensed APRN in the state of Florida
- Certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health preferred (e.g., PMHNP for APRNs)
- Clinical experience in mental health or psychiatric care required
- Experience with medication management and psychiatric assessments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
