Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, ethical, and compassionate Licensed APRN to join our dynamic and growing health and wellness platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is confident in their ability to provide care independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and therapeutic goals
• Provide medication management and patient education regarding psychiatric conditions and treatment options
• Administer medications as appropriate and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients
• Accurately document clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, high-quality patient care
• Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations

Qualifications:

• Licensed APRN in the state of Florida
• Certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health preferred (e.g., PMHNP for APRNs)
• Clinical experience in mental health or psychiatric care required
• Experience with medication management and psychiatric assessments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
