Mills Perinatal Wellness Group, PC is seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our growing California team. We specialize in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. We also have the ability to fill you with clients that fit within populations that you would like to work with as well.

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with both perinatal and other clients, while also bringing their own specialties and unique clinical interests.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $95,000 annually once you reach a caseload of 25 clients/week
• Salary begins once you have hit 25 weekly sessions. Before reaching 25 clients/week: $85/session pay structure ensures income while your caseload builds. We can offer 8-10 immediately with quick build to 25.
• Health stipend: $200/month
• Paid time off: 3 weeks PTO + California-mandated sick leave
• Minimal admin work: We use AI-assisted documentation to make notes quick and easy
• Supportive team: Consultation, collaboration, and ongoing training opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy to perinatal clients (and others based on your specialties and interest)
• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients/week
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and insurance guidelines
• Collaborate with our team to provide high-quality, client-centered care

• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
